Fully computerized, all invoices are tracked by bar-code, every piece is tagged with the customers name and account number, and our Pickup & Delivery Customers enjoy the added bonus of statements by e-mail, courtesy reminder text messages the evening before a pickup and drop off, and concierge express service by request.

We are DETAIL ORIENTED. There is nothing more frustrating than a garment pulled from the closet that is not ready to wear. All stains are addressed, missing buttons replaced, loose hooks and fasteners tightened, and loose seams sewn.

We GIVE BACK. Partners with The Miami Rescue Mission, we allow our customers an easy way to donate items they can no longer use. They can fill up a Hope Tote Bag, which we will pick up and deliver to MRM.
